Review: we had purchased a heating element for our oven & thought we were getting a new part, & instead we recieved a part that had burnt covering onthe wiring & the part did not work, they told us they garunteed the part & with in the first week we called back & we were told that we owned that part & they would do nothing to help correct the problem they also said that every part was check out before it left there place this is when we called about tghe bad part . I have pictures of the part, when we called they were very very rude, They should take better care of customers or eventualy they will not have any customers. we paid $ 53.68 of our hard earned money down the drain. The companies who advertise on line should be more reputable.Desired Settlement: we would like our money back we recieved a bad part. & they said the parts were checked out & garunteed . the part we recieved did not work.

In response to the recent discovery of the negative reporting to the Revdex.com, we have documentation from the customer that he ordered and received a used sensor assembly. Mr. [redacted] never attempted to get in touch with us saying he was not satisfied. We are a smal! family owned business in a small community and we take great pride in our customer service. We certainly would have made it right with Mr. [redacted] had he given us a chance to do so.

I do not feel that one bad reporting should drop us to a D rating that seems very extreme. We would like this to be cleared up on the Revdex.com rating. I have also enclosed the order which Mr. [redacted] made over the internet

Review: I ordered a part from this company and it did not specify if the part was used. When I received the part, it was used and moldy. The website states that parts are new, used, recycled, but when placing the item in the cart, it did not specify if it was used. The part was $37.50 and brand new ones from other retailers are around $40. Also, when ordering the part over the phone, I was not told that the part was used. The invoice that I received does not state that the part is used. I want my money back, and they will not give me my money back. I will pay to ship the item back but they refused to give me my money back. The business practice used by this company is just horrible and customer service is horrible.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I will gladly pay to have the item shipped back, but as a consumer, I should be entitled to get my money back for a moldy, used item that is not usable.
