The heat is out at a campus rental owned by B & A Realty. There has been no response to multiple notices and contact attempts made to landlord. The tenant finally called a heating service to come out and get the heat started after days of no heat. Diagnosis: Huge problem with furnace (Thousands of dollars) that tenant has chosen not to proceed with due to - not tenant's responsibility.Still no response from landlord after days in freezing temperatures. Phone number never allows direct contact with a person. No response to messages left and emails sent.
