* Also, in case the ex doesn't pay, I asked and the lawyer gave me the collection agency they refer their clients to (before the legal assistant told me to pursue a separate civil case which make it much more complicated and no lawyer would take on a contingent fee basis)*** told me the collection agent can proceed just with the judgement
