To address your concerns regarding the attorney fees, it is stated in our employment contract which... you signed, that the medical treatment and expenses come from the client’s portion of the settlement. We do apologize if you were unaware of this before signing with the firm or if this wasn't clearly explained by your attorney. Our clients are always welcome to copies of all paperwork done on their cases and we will be more that happy to provide you copies of any requested documents.While we try to please all of our clients and make sure they are 100% satisfied with the services of our office, we attempted to reduce our fee on your case. In addressing your concerns about being "bribed", this was not the case. Your attorney was referencing a possible reduction in attorney fees to allow for an increase in your settlement proceeds. It is our goal at Herrman and Herrman P.L.L.C. to provide the highest quality client service and satisfaction, and it is unfortunate that our services were not up to your standards. We ask that you allow us another opportunity to represent you in the future as we know it is a privilege to have you as our client.
