I purchased a shower drain with Autobodynow via *** online. Autobodynow agreed to accept a return past their 30 day window and provided me with the address to ship the drain back to. I mailed the package and it was received by their office on 7/28. To date, I have not received a refund. I have requested proof that the refund was submitted, but still have not received any proof of refund or funds credited back to my credit card.

Please delete this complaint. The business has responded with the requested proof that a refund was submitted. I will have to follow up with *** to see why I have not received the refund.
