In regards to [redacted] : The allegedly bad part was not damaged in our shop These scratches are nowhere near where we had to work on her vehicle, and furthermore there appears to be dirt in the pictures that she sent of her scratches, indicating they were there before we started working on the vehicle As for the mileage complaint, the customer specifically requested that we have one of our representatives drive the vehicle miles, while monitoring vehicle with a scan tool, to reproduce the issue, which we never charged diagnostic for Customer is making unreasonable complaints with no basis in reality We can't fix parts that we didn't touch or damage at our shop free of charge

I am rejecting this response because: it is not trueI will gladly send you a picture of the inside of my vehicle people "test" drove my vehicle including a NON EMOLOYEE per the manager himselfSomeone damaged my perfect interior while it was in this business 's posessionThey had my keysThey had to be IN my car to test driveI trusted this business to care for my vehicle while it was there whole nights and full daysIn fact, I was told my car would be ready the third day in the morningWhen I called to tell them I was on my way, the manager said it wouldn't be ready till end of business day. The miles used on my vehicle was completely inappropriateThere was NEVER a discussion about milesI agreed for the "manager" to drive my car home so he could diagnose itHe said he lived about miles one way not And his "wife" who is a non employee test drove my vehicle WITHOUT my permissionSomeone drove my car well in excess of miles while it was in the possession of this business/managerand that's being conservativeI have a log showing the mileage the day my oil was changed if you would like to see itI work out of my home and rarely leave during the week. Someone intentionally carved an X in my shift console plate and scratched other places surrounding my shifterDirt? No wayI pride myself in keeping a clean car It is obvious this business has no fear of repercussion from the Revdex.com rating since after I mentioned I was going to report this to Revdex.com, the manager encouraged me to go ahead and that they wouldn't be affected since they have such a good rating with Revdex.com. It is my observation that this business does not intend to take responsibility even though my perfect interior was damaged while at their business or otherwiseTo reiterate: I called minutes after driving away to complain and report the damage, high mileage and low air in my tiresI left a voice messageAfter moving my air freshener back where it was originally located the day I left my car, I saw the carvingAfter closer observation it appeared to be an XSince my air freshener was used to "cover" the X, this company neglected to protect my property while in their posession and was obviously hiding the damages using my large, flat cardboard-type air freshener This is wrong, and this company with a so called "good" rating should be held accountable.

Customer was advised that the water pump was bad on January 20, Due to the delay in having the water pump repaired it has caused more damage to her vehicleThis was not only
recognized up front, the customer declined to have the repairs done here
The other repairs were done much later than the water pump was diagnosedSince we didn't repair the water pump, the other shop is liable for the belt tensioner being bad or at least the customer is responsible for their own vehicleAuto World takes no responsibility for damage due to lack of care and maintenance on their car

working on the vehicle.  As for the mileage complaint, the customer specifically requested that we have one of our representatives drive the vehicle 40 miles, while monitoring vehicle with a scan tool, to reproduce the issue, which we never charged diagnostic for.  Customer is making unreasonable complaints with no basis in reality.  We can't fix parts that we didn't touch or damage at our shop free of charge.

Vehicle came into the shop on Nov. 2nd 2016, originally with a check engine light and a no start condition, there was a code for a crankshaft sensor, and customer requested fuel service at the same time.  Vehicle left  and then had to come back on December 12th for a crank/no start...

condition.  Auto World checked out and found the battery had gone dead, after installing new battery, the vehicle wouldn't start as it had been over cranked until the engine flooded.  We were able to clear the engine without any hydro lock concerns and get it running again.  Vehicle later came back flooded on December 19th, but customer was able to get it started by giving it some gas, we found that the mass air flow sensor is bad and the grams per second were not reading appropriately.  Customer declined repairs at this time.  We have no faith that an unrecognized auto repair shop sprayed intake cleaner into the throttle body and solved her Mass air flow sensor problem, especially with no diagnostic other than a verbal description of the problem.  There will be no reimbursement for prior work done at this time.
