I am rejecting this response because: In the response from Austin all roof company, [redacted] DID NOT ADRESS ANY REASON WHY HE WAS CHARGING ME AN ADDITIONAL $2094.23!  Allstate insurance does not send out an adjuster after the work has been done, nor have they. [redacted] was employed at the time with Austin all roof and authorized to price and sale roof repairs. I did get a $9000 invoice, which was emailed from [redacted]. I am sending the $9000 invoice , E-Mail and both canceled checks per the original agreement for the roof repair. I have never had anything like this happen and I take my reputation VERY SERIOUSLY!

My apologies in the delay in getting back to you. I have been working diligently to try and gather paperwork as well as get in touch with Allstate in regards to this matter.  I was able to get in contact with [redacted] Sr. Claims Service Analyst.  I discussed the information...

regarding Mr. [redacted] and his claim etc.  I did ask if he had informed Mr [redacted] that Austin All Roof had been put on the "Blacklist" of Vendors moving forward and he stated that was never told to Mr. [redacted] anything of the sort.  I requested that they send a second adjuster to inspect Mr. [redacted] home so they could verify that the work had been completed as stated by Austin All Roof.  Mr. [redacted] stated that they would not be sending a second adjuster as they had already inspected the property the first go round and it was proven that the work had been completed and the claim had been paid.  I will be sending you all email correspondence between our billing company Broad Scopes Unlimited, Austin All Roof and Mr. [redacted]. They will be coming through one at a time but these will trace back to Feb 7th. The reason we do everything via email is for this very reason, we want everything in writing.   [redacted] who was employed with Austin All Roof at  at the time Mr. [redacted]'s roof was completed was a very new sales rep.  However he did not follow proper protocol by having Mr. [redacted] signs the proper documentation at the time of service he has been relieved of his duties with our company.   We pride ourselves on providing the absolute service with the upmost integrity to each and every customer.  We have never had anything like this happen and we take our reputation very seriously.
