They came to the home yesterday and drilled holes in the french drain which will offer some relief, but they also told me that [redacted] was going to give me a call back to discuss options on making sure this situation doesn't happen again. When I spoke to him yesterday morning he said we would need to move where my roof drains and I am paying one of his guys to do that this weekend but it still doesn't fix the problem that the french drain cannot handle the water that comes at it when we get these big river storms. I had requested a front sump pump to resolve the issue and/or something that could handle the overflow when the water starts pouring in. I have taken a decent amount of damage and had loss of personal effects due to the last two floods, and i'd like it to stop. The company name says waterproofing, not maybe waterproofed.

I spoke with [redacted] again today and he told me they would install a second sump pump to help where the original system fails. I also am doing my part and paying to have a gutter downspout rerouted as recommended. If Vulcan follows through with their word to me that the second sump pump will be installed, and me having this gutter downspout rerouted, then I will consider this matter closed
