While the cleaning service is good, trying to get your carpet and refund from an over charge is next to impossible.
I called and called to get my carpet back. When it was finally returned I was so happy and excited to have it back, that I signed the receipt for the wrong size carpet and was overcharged. When I noticed the next day,I called and spoke with Robert who checked and said yes I was and he would issue a credit right away. It has never been received. I have called again and he assured me he would send out "straight away". That was on 09/08/16. Still not received. He tells me the problem is his son who has health issues. I have text conversations on my phone from Robert.

Review: I went at home care ,in July 2014, and the agency interviewed me,and collected money for background check and insurance, and the price I paid was $69, the agency told Im on there roster, but everytime I call them ,they said there is no work, and rudely hang up the phone, and talk me very disrespectful, with there lies, because still conduct hiring people every month, and if your work is slow, why take people money,I truly believe they had intention on hiring me ,only taking my money, because many friends have gotten gotten work from them.Desired Settlement: due to the way that this business is treating me,I would like a full refund of my money,

Response:

November 21, 2014Dear [redacted],I have located the email you referred to today and must confess that the notification from Revdex.com was in my email but I assumed it was a sales pitch and therefore did not open it. I apologize for the neglect and respectfully request that I be contacted by phone or USPS mail so that I do not mistake an important contact to be junk mail and thus ignore it.Now in response to this complaint I offer the following information: On July 17, 2014, [redacted] did apply for part-time work as a private duty CNA. When her appointment was scheduled, she was informed of our requirements i.e. licensing, experience, documents, insurance and police clearance. She was told the cost of malpractice insurance and the cost of a criminal background investigation, which was $47.00 and $18.00 respectively. Following her interview and her orientation [redacted] submitted her monies to [redacted] Insurance and MD [redacted]. At that point, our vetting process commenced and was completed on August 7, 2014 and she was placed on the active roster.[redacted] requested PT assignments that would be compatible with her FT employment of 3pm to 11pm. She also requested 12 hours shifts e/o Saturday and Sunday. [redacted]’s work site and residence were in DC, which indicated DC assignments would best suit her needs since she was reliant on public transportation. Whether Maryland or DC the hours had to be compatible to her existing commitment. Her weekend job request for 12 hours also meant it must be on a bus route or start later morning because the subway does not start until 8am on weekends and most 12-hour shifts run 7-7 or 8-8.All of these points were reviewed with [redacted] numerous times by our Staffing Coordinator. She would then contact the Caregiver Services Director who would repeatedly explain that once an application left her department she was no longer her contact and would refer her back to the Coordinator. During the time, [redacted]’s application was being processed and the subsequent 5 weeks she was on our actual roster she would call numerous times, become upset that she was not getting the results she needed and thus become angrier, louder and ruder. She frequently hung up on our representatives. On September 12, 2014, her call was referred to me due to her abusive behavior. I reiterated the information she had already received. She ultimately hung up on me. It is not our practice to waste time vetting applications if there is no need for caregivers but at the same time, we cannot tailor our clients request to meet the caregivers schedule, instead we must wait for the right case to open that is compatible to the caregiver's availability.I did tell [redacted] how to receive a refund from the insurance company if she wished to be removed from our roster. This had been explained to her previously by Caregiver Services. Again, she did not hear what she wanted to hear so she hung up on me. At that time, I instructed Caregiver Services to remove her from the roster. She evidently has called since that time but I consider her behavior too volatile to place her in private homes with vulnerable geriatrics. Should you have any questions you mayreach me at [redacted].Sincerely yours,Irene CPresident
