I received your letter of complaint from a...
customer that had a bad experience at our gas station. I am going to need more information on the customer. I cannot verify if this is true without more information. The customer needs to provide me with the last 4 digits of the credit card so that I can do a search on the [redacted] credit card database. Without that information I cannot refund the customer the $35 she is asking for. I would also need to see the bank statement that shows the incorrect charge.

Review: On 3/**/2014, at approximately 7 p.m., the gas light on my car came on so I stopped for gas at the Astoria Blvd Gas station located at [redacted]. I requested "$25 regular." The attendant asked if it was cash, I said no and gave the attendant my credit card. After the transaction, the attendant returned my credit card and, to my chagrin, I drove off without receiving a receipt. A few moments ago, I checked my credit card balance online to find that I had been cheated. The attendant charged my credit card $60, which is reflected on my credit card statement. I immediately initiated a dispute with my credit card issuer in an effort to reverse the charge/not pay the seller. Gas at this station was $3.75 a gallon and after the transaction, my tank was about 33% full -- no way did he put $60 worth of gas in my car. He gave me $25 in gas, but charged me $60. I would like a settlement in the form of a refund in the amount of $35.Desired Settlement: I request a settlement in the form of a refund in the amount of $35 to be credited to my credit card or remitted to me by check.
