Ask Management of Color Charm

Review: I purchased 2 boxes of wella color charm black cherry hair color and a liter of clear developer. I colored my hair and instead of getting a dark even deep red. I came out with a mousy red brown color which I am most displeased with. Also where my hair was highlighted....remained the same even after leaving the product on my hair longer than the 45 minutes as per directions. When I called to find out more information on their so called guarantee the recorded message quickly gives the return information but then they are only willing to give up to $5.00 for their subpar product...then on top of that they want to charge $1.00 for handling...what nerve. I use to use this brand years ago before the so called product change. The color at that time I use to use was blue black. This was a total disappointment and I should have followed my mind and just dyed my hair black using another product line.Desired Settlement: They really should address their poor offer of a guarantee. Why should you only want to refund up to $5 when someone like myself had to purchase 2 bottles and use your developer which by the way does not smell in anyway floral! You should honor the customer especially when a product fails so miserably as this black cherry has.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Ask Management of Color Charm regarding complaint[redacted]. I do want to let you know that the place where I purchased their poor excuse for a product did refund me the price I paid for both hair colors and developer. I will never purchase another item that has any affiliation with their company ever again!!!! Revdex.com thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to bring my issue and complaint.
