The package was shipped but outside of the three week time frame that myself and many others received. And it was shipped only after advising of this report. I do not expect a refund because they stated they will only refund Minus 2 shipping charges. I'll sell the product for what I can get for it before dealing with this company again. People need to be aware of these business practices, and for this business can thing that it okay because they respond after such drastic measures is insane. This company should have respond to my email sent to customer support as advised by company.
