Review: the truck we purchased had a recall from ford co. so I took it to the ford dealer here in my town. advised them while they fix the recall to check the breaks that both of my daughter advised they lost complete breaks in the truck and were almost in accident. they drove the truck at different times .Jordan advised when I came to pick up the truck that the emergency break not working that the whole breaking system is rusted and need to be redone and that the gas tank was sitting on skid plate that he dont know how it passed inspection my daughter called ashe auto where it was purchased and spoke with Wren sales manger advise what was told about truck he wanted to know if they had tried to sale me another truck advise no Wren acted like the dealer was just wanting to either sale me a truck or do work on it that didn't need to be done we advised him that no that they just advised my mother what was wrong with the truck and we wanted them to fix the truck that it is unsafe to drive. advise him I couldn't bring to him due to no insurance and tag my mother took it off. said he wil speak with his mechanic there and see if he can come down look at truck or pull it back there. I gave him Jordan's name and number at the ford co here to call himself. Wren never called me back I tried on server occasions he wasn't there or available I left message for call back. I spoke with him again couple weeks later said he was very busy trying to go to auto sales said to call back end of week I did and he wasn't there I spoke with owner said he has spoken to Wren about this said they were not going to do anything with the truck that Edd knew about the rust on the truck that they both look all over the truck. I advised him Edd is not a mechanic he wouldn't know about the breaking system and the gas tank. advise he was aware of the body rust.Desired Settlement: would like them to fix the break system and the gas tank so it will be safe to drive.
