Ash Maids came on time and worked feverishly on my home. The manager communicated very well with me and was courteous,respectful and hard working! Very impressed with the amount they accomplished in such well-priced quick visit!!!

There was a mix up in my appointment, however Ash cleaning came out within a few hours and made everything right. I am a happy customer!

I called Ash Maids to set up an appointment since I had guests coming the next day. It was a very short notice. Not only had they squeezed me into their busy schedule but they left my house spotless. They did such a great job that I had them come every other week for over two years now.

Friendly, prompt, flexible with change of schedule, clean carpets and great in emailing returns with any concerns. You guys are the best!!!

We interviewed several companies before choosing this one. They were professional when they came out, answered our questions thoroughly, and seemed to be the perfect fit for us.
They arrived 15 minutes after the time slot we were given. They were very nice and personable. We kept out of their way to allow them to do their job. We were told it would take the two of them 2 hours to clean our house. They spend about an hour upstairs cleaning, which we thought was a bit excessive as half of the upstairs doesn’t even get used.
When they came to the main floor, we went upstairs to give them full run of the main floor and kitchen area to do their job. About an hour later (to clean the main living area and entry floor mind you) they said they were finished.
We were quoted $225 for a deep, spring clean to include cleaning the windows. They weren’t cleaned. My husband said that we would pay $180 because the windows were not cleaned. They dropped their gear, went back upstairs and cleaned the bottom part of the windows. We were not happy.
Then we started looking at the “deep clean” that was completed. The bathroom floors were barely swept and mopped. There was hair in the corners and the difficult corner by the shower wasn’t even touched.
Then we went downstairs to the kitchen and main floor. The baseboards, which is a regular service, were sloppily cleaned or not even cleaned at all. The kitchen wasn’t dusted. The dining room table was dusted but neither the chairs nor the stools were dusted. The area rug under the table wasn’t vacuumed. That’s when I realized the hardwood floors in the dining room and kitchen were not even swept or mopped. Then we went downstairs to the entry level. They didn’t bother to clean under the entryway rugs.
I have photos taken after the first cleaning. I honestly had to stop looking because I was just getting more and more upset. I know there was probably more that didn't get cleaned. I didn't even bother with the second one.
At this point, we called to ask for a re-clean because we weren’t happy and didn’t feel we got our $225 worth in this “deep spring” clean. They sent the same two women back this weekend. And they had attitude and wanted to argue with us when we pointed all the things they didn’t clean the first time around. We were told another deep clean would be performed. Nope. They were only in our house 40 minutes.
I would not recommend this company. I’ve lost $225 and will now have to pay for another service to come in and do an initial deep clean. Don’t let the price and the professional manner fool you. This company is just not worth the trouble. They didn’t even offer a refund since we were so dissatisfied. Hopefully the next company we try perform a better “deep” clean than this one. I mean, didn’t even clean the kitchen floor. I just can’t get over that.

Technician was professional and courteous. He went above and beyond and cleaned a few extra things that weren't necessarily "in the cost of the service" which I greatly appreciated. I just moved into a house that I bought and dog hairs were ingrained into the carpet too deep for a conventional vacuum and do it yourself rug shampooer. These guys did a super job cleaning.

A last minute call resulted in a cleaning team arriving to my condo for a move in cleaning on the same day. The ladies were thorough, courteous and efficient. I also had Ash Maids clean my carpets. The result was an extremely clean condo done on short notice at a reasonable price.

Review: Ash maids sent a crew to do a move in cleaning. During the process of cleaning the home, the crew broke my plantation shutters.

They left without mentioning it. I called immediately. I was told by the agent to send pictures because she didn't know what I was talking about. I did. I emailed the company. I received a response that monday indicating the crew was not on duty and when they returned I would get an answer. One week later, after no further correspondence, I called. The receiptionist said, "the crew tld the manager the shutters were already broken, so they were not responsible for the damage." I responded that the crew was not being truthful and told het I have pictures of theshutters before the crew came. I also asked when someone would contact me woth that information. She said she called andeft a voice mail. The only number they have for me is a cellphone. I have no messages or missed calls. I am outraged by the lies. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I want my shutters fixed.

Our ultimate goal is customers satisfaction without them we would not be in business.

Here are the facts as we know them:

This customer ordered a regular cleaning which turned out to be a move-in cleaning which required inside all the appliances not just the outside as it is the case in regular cleanings.

Once the team informed us that the house was empty and it required a Move-in/Move-out cleaning we approved it and told them to go ahead since we are in pleasing customers not arguing with them over few dollars more (the difference in this case would have been $50 more)

Once they started dusting the plantation shutters pieces started falling, so they called the office and passed along this information. The lady that responded to their call asked them to inform the customer, they told her she is in and out showing the house to another person and please call her on her yourself.

We understand in this business that accidents do happen and we are licensed and INSURED but the team has informed us this was not an accident those pieces were loose before they touched them.

They were using feather dusters and microfiber cloths neither could cause them to break, and they had no reason to lie since we do not hold them responsible for accidents.

However the customer called them liers, dishonest, and even called the scheduler coordinator other names when she told her that we tried to reach you and couldn't so we left you a voice message.

When she e-mailed us the office manager who was not aware on this incident answered her back immediatel informing her that the team that cleaned her house was off on Monday and we will find out from them what happened on Tuesday. The schedule co-ordinator who talked to her before gave her a call and informed her that the pieces in question were loose when they tried to dust them just as they said on the time of the cleaning, but she cussed her out and told again she is a liar and also that she never had a missed call on her cell.

It seems that the customer was armed with a camera and took a picture of the sutters BEFORE the team got to her house and then AFTER those pieces fell, it just seems too convenient and doubtful.

We could understand someone taking a picture of a broken item after the fact but noone ever told us here is a picture that I took just before your team got here and here is one after they dusted it.

For those reasons we choose not to repair those shutters.
