Ascension Development Group Reviews (2)

I am rejecting this response because: 1) We never received a bill and so could not respond in days We only received an agreement stating the terms that clearly spelled out a monthly payment 2) In the summary paragraph, Mr*** refers to Term #permitting them to campaign on our behalf We do not agree with Ascension campaigning on our behalf for any reason as we would not be able to approve any work being done *** ***CEO

Revdex.com of Minnesota & North Dakota SRiver Ridge Circle Burnsville, MN June 13th, *** *** Mediation Coordinator *** Phone *** Hello ***,
This is a response to Complaint # ***A voicemail was left for *** *** on June 13th and multiple phone calls with no live contact madeAn email was also sent to *** requesting an extension to respond Kids Against Hunger is an organization that is very much on my heartI travelled to Haiti to hand deliver thousands of meals on a mission trip and my former church was heavily invovled in packing literally millions of meals for starviing kidsThe fact that this misunderstanding has come to this is very dishearteningI tried to speak to Kids Against Hunger numerous times to explain again why they were charged up front as we had always planned onKids Against Hunger was originally looking at a solution with an investment of $5,per month for monthsWe bill for our projects prior to services starting due to the invsement of time, resources, ad buys, media creation, graphic design, etcthat is done in the beginning of the projectKids Against Hunger originally asked if they could pay for 3-months up front instead of the whole monthsThis was part of negotiations on that projectKids Against Hunger noted that they could not afford a strategy of that size at the present time due to the up front payment and asked for a smaller packageWe re-designed the strategy to accommodate their desired budget of an averaged cost of $2,per month for months totalling $6,This project is noted as Project This pricing included a generous amount of donated services in the amount of $2,because we have a deep desire to help Kids Against Hunger with their mission Here are some notes for your consideration 1. We note on page one of our agreement that the “total investment” is $6,It also notes that “Project Based Services” will be charged one time amountIn this case that amount is $6, 2. As per Term #of our agreement: “ Launch of ServicesSubject to Ascension Development Group receiving, in a timely fashion, any materials from Customer that are required to launch each applicable Service, Ascension Development Group will use commercially reasonable efforts to launch each such Service on behalf of Customer on a live basis within twenty (20) business days after the Order has been processed by Ascension Development Group and their Service Providers.” This allows us up to business days to launch servicesWe accelarated this timeline to accomadate the desires of Kids Against Hunger 3. Within our agreement under Term #Payment Terms it is noted that billing errors must be made known within three business days after the date of billingThis would be May 23rd It also notes that we will use the credit card or bank account on file for all applicable services and as needed for approved servicesIn this case, the customer approved the strategy with a total investment in the amount of $6,“By executing this Agreement, Customer hereby authorizes Ascension Development Group to charge Customer’s credit card or bank account for all applicable Services within two business days after Ascension Development Group’s initial receipt of the Order, and on a monthly basis on the same day of each subsequent month of the Term thereafter or as needed for approved servicesClaims for errors in billing must be made by Customer within three (3) days after the due date for each applicable payment or such claims will be forfeited.” The customer did not notify Ascension Development Group of their billing dispute within three (3) daysIf they had notified us within that time, we would have maintained our position at that time and reviewed the agreement with them at that time Our development team has already procured ad space on multiple ad networks, bulk purchased ad impressions, created media and started multiple campaigns using the afformentioned $6,paid by Kids Against HungerThe misunderstanding of when the investment would be made by the client is very unfortunateHowever, it does not constitute a valid complaint with the Revdex.com or a refundGiven the routes they are taking and lack of communication we have refunded the full $6,and taken a loss on this projectKids Against Hunger has indicated they do not want to communicate on the phone to try and resolve this to continue their campaignHowever, as per Term #of our agreement, we are permitted to continue the campaign on their behalf if we so choose Please let me know if ther are any questions I can answer for youThe full agreement will also be transmitted in this communication via email to *** as well as via fax to *** Darren *** *** ***
