I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does somewhat satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted], although it is not entirely accurate, I would note that I never spoke to the owner although I called several times nor did he make any effort to negotiate this matter. The subsequent bills I received did not show any credits for undone work and actually had names of workers who did NOT work on our pool. Also while I understand that they are very busy at this time, they say that they did not have the time to call me back but they did have time to send me a PAST DUE notice with the possibility of no pool closing highlighted. If they intended to dismiss the "overdue" amount there certainly was no suggestion of that on their overdue bill. I would also question that the workers who started the project did 75% of the work necessary as they left us about 2 hours of work to get the pool ready for swimming. I regret that a once trusting relationship with this company has been spoiled and I will henceforth monitor their work more closely.I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
