We will like to inform you that very very rare we have to answer to a complaint or even have a customer not satisfied for our services. Also we will like to inform you that we take very very serious all the feedback from all of our customers  and we try everything in our power to satisfied all our customers.Now I would like to explain the dmv and plates situation and hopefully we can come to a mutual agreement that is fair for both parties..sometimes the unexpected can happen and on this deal happen we had a delay and finally we  issued the plates and registration to Mrs [redacted] .The time that we will trying to solve the problem we did issued a replacement temp tag for the vehicle  so Mrs [redacted] could drive the car..all this communication was either via phone-email-mail ,we understand  and we don't deny the fact that Mrs [redacted] couldn't drive the car for 2 days ...because of the weekend and mail delivery...for that reason we will like to offer Mrs [redacted] a refund of $200 to accommodate her for the inconvenience.Please consider our respond as final in this case.Thank youAsal Motors

No agreement was ever made between us here as the dealer, and the customer for a total sale price of $9,500. Instead, we had agreed to sell the vehicle, and only the vehicle itself, to exclude any taxes, licensing, and documentation fees for a price of $9,500. Any fees that were to be included...

afterwords are mandatory government fees that under no circumstances can be waived on a person by person, or purchase by purchase basis.

have been unable to drive this vehicle since 11/28/17 because the dealer could not produce plates. I was also without plates two days in October for the same reason. I can not believe you think this is ok. I was told they would take the vehicle back. Also, they obviously deleted codes in the computer which started to reactivate three days later. The is unethical if not illegal.

Ms. [redacted],your plates is already processed and you should have them already and sorry to hear about the repairs you have done but I reviewed all your documents and you purchased the vehicle as is with no warrany .
