measurement for this box side. I got the body cut done and YES it was delivered late. I sell used parts. All used parts have some imperfections,dings dents ect. This one was no different. It had a dent. We use time to determine how bad the dent is,and my estimate was under 2 hours to repair. THERE ARE NO PERFECT USED PARTS. The box side was a difficult task,as it was not the same as he originally asked for twice. I owe him for the box sideOriginal price was 550.00 for the body cut,and 500 for the box side. I gave him a discount,as he was purchasing both. However,it became clear that he had never done this before,as I could not get a correct measurement as to which box to sell. When I finally got the correct info on the box side,it was not availableShortly thereafter,I had a medical emergency,and was hospitalized for 2.5 days,then home for 4.5 more.Mr [redacted] and his father came to my office demanding their refund. I didnt have the money. I did promise to make this right. Mr [redacted] recorded some of this conversation in secret violating my civil rights,was quite rude,and arrogant. Mr [redacted]'s father then quickly walked up to my desk,where I was seated,and got in my face. I jumped up prepared to defend myself. I have this on security camera.Mr [redacted] called multiple times,and I was not able to pay him back in his time frame. I lost a full week,and had no income for 2-3 weeks following my medical issue. I spent alot of time back and forth to my Dr office as part of my treatment planThen came threats,foul language,and general nastiness. I DO NOT,and WILL not respond to that kind of thing.I would be happy to work out a payment arraingement with a 3rd party,as I will not have these 2 back in my store again. I am an honest man,with many customers that say some very nice things about me. However I have learned that sometimes,you just cannot please everyone
