September 5, 2017The customer is correct that was my first try at financing. I did not realize that the contractor got charged with a percentage charge of anywhere from 5% to 16% which goes by their credit score which in this case increased the job by 5.9%. I explained it to [redacted]...

about the charges. In hind sight I should have rewritten the contract and started over. With this being said I have no problem paying the $500.00I have been a service Tech for 18 years and the one thing you are taught to do is never put a dollar amount on any fuel savings.Art Smith and Son offers a 1 year labor warranty and we should have been the first chance to check out the problem. I spoke to [redacted] on three different occasions. We spoke in December of 2016, January 2017 about the wall heaters as [redacted] stated and on May 23,2017 about the wall heaters. [redacted] had a balancing problem which we were on location to correct on May 25, 2017. In the four times we had interactions with the customer nothing was said about the high electric bills. For those reasons I do not feel responsible for the service call, repairs and electric bills.Thank youArt Smith
