Armac

We dropped off a script for 3 braces , Armac was in the same building as the Ortho Dr. so it seemed convenient. We were assured that someone would call us back as there was no one at the facility to measure or fit us for the braces .
3 DAYS LATER I decided to call to find out why there was NO RESPONSE from Armac .
HOURS LATER we got a call with excuses as to why they hadn't called in 3 days .
We felt if it took phone calls after 3 days of nothing that that would be the same " great service " we'd get with the braces .
Sorry Armac but my phone call to your competitor got me an appointment in the same amount of time I was ignored by you .
