I was charged for a full month of rent when I gave notice on the 8th of the month the storage was empty A lock was put on the unit and I was charged for the month They said I needed to give days notice before the month start to get a refund They wouldn't even pro-rate me since I notified them on the 8th It seems logical that I would get refunded from the 18th to the end of the month They said no Then they put a lock on the unit so I couldn't use the unit from the 8th on This is not good customer service

It seems logical that I would get refunded from the 18th to the end of the month. They said no. Then they put a lock on the unit so I couldn't use the unit from the 8th on. This is not good customer service.
