I ordered 16 red roses for my granddaughters Sweet 16 Birthday. I was filled with joy when I saw the the arrangement. It was beyond beautiful. My granddaughter's eyes sparkled when she saw it. I most definitely will do all my future business with Arden Park Florist.

Review: I've used them for both personal and business needs in the past. This particular time I ordered flowers online on 5/2/16 with my personal debit card. The flowers were confirmed and the charge came out of my personal bank account (debit card ending in [redacted]) on 5/4/16. Two days later (5/6/16) a duplicate charge was taken out of a completely different account that was not used in this transaction. It was charged to my business's bank account. I contacted Arden Park Florist and was told [redacted] would call me back. When no one called me, I called back spoke with [redacted] who told me that she couldn't help me, only the owner [redacted] could do that. So, I sent them an email with copies of my bank account and my business's bank account, asked for a refund of the duplicate charge and new flowers as the ones they originally sent were rotten. With no acknowledgement email sent, or apology I suddenly receive an email saying they were sending replacement flowers. They did send new flowers on 5/11/16 and then charged my business's account again on 5/11/16! At this point they have been paid three times for these flowers. After I threatened legal action they refunded one of the charges to my business account, but have ignored my numerous other requests to have the last over-charge refunded from my business account. Stating that their system does not show they charged me multiple times. Never mind the fact that the money has been taken out of these accounts, and proof was sent to them several times.Desired Settlement: They need to refund my business's account ASAP. There is one more charge of $141.12 that they owe my business. (Debit card ending in [redacted]).
