AquaStockers

I placed an order on Sept. 15, 2015 with this company. They say that they ship within 5 business days. I wrote them several times after 7 days to find out the status of my order. It took them 2 days to reply, which was that the order was in process. After this amount of time, the order should have shipped. I wrote them again on Sept. 24 and have not heard anything further. Paid over $12 for shipping on a rock order of $24. This place doesn't list a phone number and obviously does not respond very quickly to emails. I am thinking of canceling my order and requesting a refund. If this doesn't work, I will dispute the charge card. Needless to say, I am not very satisfied with AquaStockers.
