In 2017 we lost our home to a *** broker who *** to us. Then they never told us they were putting our stuff in a storage company without our agreement we had no choice but to give in. Well the name is Apple self storage in Meadowvale, which is Mississauga. Well you see we tried to make payment but they kept adding fees. ***. My children's belongings are in the units. ***.they keep changing the due dates to fix their needs the customers one month it's the 16, 13,15 etc. They will not keep it the one date every month. Well now I told them I am getting the money somehow they didn't care they are going to try to auction our stuff off without notice. Now in the first place they knew our situation first hand they were willing to give us a chance. Then *** changes her mind to make it worse for us do to we need everything in our units. They are not helping at all they come out oh your behind come in when you get the money and now it's ahh we are going to action your stuff off sorry we don't care about you it's money. We need help in this matter *** we have been pushed around by this place once to often. ***. I hope you can help please.
I want our stuff out of their hands *** give me a chance to get the money together and no more of their *** hidden fees I would like to see all hidden fees off and the pric in question for the two months of storage not another charge. I am not stopping though they need to release our stuff to us soon as possible thank you

Sorry for the late reply. We just received your notice today.
Mrs. entered into a rental agreement with us back in Aug 2017; recently she has defaulted on her payment and is 130 days past due...
We've been trying to settle this issue with her amicably but to no avail.
Current amount due is roughly $4,000 - we are prepared to offer her a settlement for $2,000 provided payment is made with cash or certified funds no later than Wednesday October 31st, 2018 and she will have to vacate the 2 units at the same time.
This is our final offer; if we don't hear back from Mrs. before then, we'll presume she's no longer interested in the contents of her units and everything will be sold in online auction as per our Rental Agreement.
