First of all this person has no idea what he is talking about. We were dispatched by a tow broker from his insurance company to pick this vehicle up. we arrived 30 min later. The gentleman we met with at this site immediately started cussing us out and complaining about his insurance company. Then...

his brother called us and proceeded to cuss out our employees. I believe this person(s) was having a bad day or bad experience with their insurance company and decided to take it out on our company. We followed all applicable laws and procedures as is required when towing for Law Enforcement.
