Apex Window Werks initially identified the original glass distributor being Quality Glass and Mirror Company. Our initial approach was to identify the glass type and color. The distributor has updated their products and technology, and no longer offers the original glass type Mrs
*** hasDue to the age, element exposure, glass type and tint, an exact glass match was NOT an optionOur Technicians made several samples, with the help of Quality Glass, to match the Customer’s original windows. We did visit the Customer’s home several times to compare the samples in order to find the closest match. Apex Technicians, Technical Supervisors, and the Operations Director personally worked with Quality and Mrs*** to achieve the best outcomeThe Apex Team informed Mrs*** that the new glass installations would never be an exact match before the installation process began. Initially we installed one glass unit with the customer’s approval. Mrs*** was only charged for one glass installation. To appease Mrs*** discontent, we ordered and installed a second glass unit for free. Finally, regardless of the acknowledged “contrast in color,” Mrs*** requested a third glass unit installation. The third glass unit was also ordered and installed for freeMrs*** has received three glass units, plus installation for the price of one. Mrs*** was made aware of the contrast in color from the beginning. We initially gave Mrs*** a Proposal to replace all glass units to achieve the uniformity she desired, but refused due to cost. To install new units next to “weathered” discontinued original windows was the customer’s choiceApex Window Werks is dedicated to Customer Service Excellence, and has gone above and beyond company policy to satisfy Mrs***. By providing Mrs*** with two additional glass units and installation free of charge is the extent of Customer Resolution we can offer
