I am rejecting this response because: I am satisfied with APEX's response; however, I am uncomfortable officially accepting this response until the insert is delivered and proof of the rebate submittal is supplied.

In response to [redacted], she is correct. There have been delays in both getting her insert to her and in processing the rebate form. We completed her job on 6/13/17 with everything complete to scope to her satisfaction. The winterized insert was an addition to the project and not...
billed on the invoice but was paid for with the invoice payment to be delivered at at later date. Unbeknownst to her we were in the process of moving our personal home and our office to a new location during the month of June 2017 and processing of all customer paperwork was delayed. I am in the process of catching up all outstanding rebates that are pending, hers being one of them. I am sincerely sorry for the delay and her inconvenience. I have several inserts to be delivered the week of October 9th and hers will be one of those being delivered.
