ANS Recovery

Review: My vehicle was repossessed on July 17, 2015 at around 9:00 pm. I contacted my bank and rectified the situation the very next day on July 18, 2015 at 12:00 pm. I called ANS recovery to retrieve my vehicle and they stated that they were closed and I couldn't pick it up until Monday. On Monday I was charged with a storage fee for 4 days which is unfair and illegal because I could have picked up my vehicle on July 18! And when I spoke with one of the employees, he said he was a supervisor, he was very rude and very condescending matter. He was very unprofessional making fun of the fact that my vehicle being repossessed. And when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he threaten to cancel my appointment to pick up vehicle. I feel that with the company being closed on the weekend it FORCES customers to keep their vehicles there and in turn pay the high storages fees!!! Its unfair to the customers that handles their situations quickly such as I did. And to be spoken to the way I did by an employee was very wrong!!!Desired Settlement: I would a refund for the storage fees because I could have picked up my vehicle the very next day. I would also like a formal apology from the business. That employee was very rude from the moment he answered the phone.

Customer is complaining of us being closed on the weekend ,as we told the customer our office hours are m-f- 10-4 weekends we are closed as are most business we apologize but these are our business hours.

I am rejecting this response because: The business DID NOT apologize for the way I was treated by their employee! And I still believe that it is unfair to charge a person for weekend storage fees when they rectify their situation on the same day!
