Anna Bell Chandler

After receiving and signing a contract, I ordered and paid in full (in two separate payments) for window treatments from an interior designer named Ms. Chandler in Raleigh, NC. The initial payment made by check was dated August 1st, 2015 to begin the order process for our blinds that were to be installed in 4-6 weeks from August 1st. I was told by Ms. Chandler that in order for the custom blind order to be completed, the balance needed to be paid in full. The balance was paid by check on September 2, 2015. Both checks have been cashed, one on August 7th, 2015 and the other one on September 3, 2015. It has been 17 weeks since our first payment and adequate time for the blinds to be completed and installed. I have made multiple attempts to contact Ms. Chandler via text messages, phone calls, and emails, but she has failed to meet her obligations to us or provide us any information regarding our window treatment order.Product_Or_Service: Woven wood blinds from [redacted] /////Desired SettlementI'm requesting a full refund by December 11, 2015 of the amount that has been paid to Ms. Chandler for the window treatments and services that have not been forthcoming. If the order has already been placed, I would like order confirmation by December 7th, 2015 and installation of the window treatments by December 18th, 2015. /////
