First of all, I’d like to thank you for taking time in reading this. I am writing this to express my disappointment in my experience at the game yesterday (Angels VS Yankees). I had purchased 6 tickets total, a special occasion for my Vietnam Veteran father's first ever game. He has PTSD and is diagnosed paranoid schizophrenia, So he doesn't go to many public places. I thought these seats were pretty pricey so whoever was in the section with us would be decent. (in which most of them were) He is an Angels fan, and I personally am a Yankees fan, that's why I chose this game. Now I know Angels Stadium can not catch every seat jumper or stop obnoxious drunks, but here is our experience. There were 4 empty seats next to us, until about the 3rd inning when 4 "drunk kids in there late 20's, 2 male, 2 female" sat there. As my 6' 4" father proceed to try to maneuver to get out of his seat to us the restroom, one of the females kicked her drink over after he passed her by (two of us saw) and she tried to blame my father that he kicked her drink and he now has to buy her a new one. I told my father to just go ahead and use the restroom and I'd take care of it. As me and my family members tried to tell these drunk kids, we saw the female kick over her own drink, they got belligerent and verbally cursing at us. When my father returned, he wanted to leave since the 4 kids were still there and still enraged. At the beginning of the 4th inning, they finally got up and they ended up and sitting over in section 316 in 4 empty seats. They continued to yell from there new seats over at us calling my father horrible names. My father wanted to leave, so we left, without incident. If I could, I would have purchased a suite so my father would not have to be in the public too much but I just couldn't afford that.

This was so disappointing my father and for all of us. Keep in mind, I had 2 children with my, 13 and 15.

[redacted]forgot to mention, our server "Gail" did not show up until after the 3rd inning, we had to get our own menu items in which we didn't even enjoy due to the above issue,

Review: I went to the stadium to purchase tickets for the Monster Jam and I was trying to purchase 12 tickets total. I wanted 2 adults and 10 children since it was going to be myself and my kids and my friend and her kids, but I was told that I couldn't purchase 10 kids tickets and 2 adults. I was only allowed to purchase 4 adults and 8 kids. Explained to the girl why would I pay for 4 adults when there is only 2. They were worried for resale but why should I have to pay more for a child's ticket if I'm going to use them. I have purchased my tickets every year in different quantities and never had a problem.Desired Settlement: Would love to have the $30 extra charge refunded to me. What I spent on an adult ticket that wasn't needed.

I am responding to a complaint dated February 4, 2014. I am the Senior Director of Ballpark Operations at Angel Stadium, and am referencing ID #[redacted].

I contacted [redacted] today, February 13, 2014 at 10:30a to discuss her concern. I did let her know that the company who produces the Monster Jam shows, Feld Entertainment, does have a policy in place that you must purchase a certain amount of adult tickets, per each child ticket purchased, so the Ticket Office was correct per the ticketing policy. [redacted] was however, overcharged for 1 adult ticket, and she was issued a sincere apology. She is an Angels fan and comes to the stadium quite often. I let her know that I would be happy to assist her during an Angels game, whether with tickets or an upgrade for her inconvenience at the Monster Jam during the month of January. She was pleased. I sent her a follow up email with my contact information for her future reference.

Please let me know if this is sufficient for closing out the incident.
