My name is Martin *** and I have had a number of dealings with Andy's All Transmissions over at least ten years, About months ago the transmission in my older Jeep blew up Andy assessed not only the problem but also the worth of the vehicle He gave me some options and even called my mechanic to help determine the actual value/worth of my vehicle After a lot of thought I got the repairs done The repairs went great, and about months later I had a concern Andy and his team took my concern seriously, checked everything out and explained in plain language what was going on and told me to come back if I had ANY concerns The transmission and the Jeep are fine Transmissions are not cheap and neither is Andy's but if you are looking for quality, value, honesty and understanding, I wholeheartedly recommend Andy's All Transmissions
Recently brought my Santa Fe into Andy for some work and what a great experience Guys were knowledgeable fixed the problem quickly and to a high standard and all for a reasonable price Andy's transmission is a company with integrity Andy is honest, very friendly and knows his stuff Extremely happy with my experience there Will definitely be back and tell others

Very bad experience this morning with incredibly rude staff!! I arrived for a 9am appointment made days aheadI waited for minutes while an employee spoke with another customerAfter minutes of not being acknowledged I asked if there was anyone else who could help (several other apparent employees had walked through during the minutes I was waiting), the employee responded by barking "leave keys"Several rude remarks from the employee later and it was evident that he had no appointment record for me (I made the appointment with a man who claimed to be the owner)The employee further told me that he would only be open until and that there wouldn't be any chance of finishing my car todayIt is Saurday, so this would mean having no vehicle for the work week starting MondayKeeping the car for several days was never discussed when I booked my appointment and is something a person ordinarily needs to pre-plan forIf I had been told they only work 3hrs on Saturdays and would not have time to complete the work on my vehicle, I would NOT have taken the appointmentThis unimpressive experience ended when the employee threw my keys at me and told me to get outNot only did I suffer the offence of interacting with this individual, but I have wasted my morning and that of my wife who followed me to drop off the car AND I have lost the opportunity to get my car fixed todayHad I been properly advised of this shop's limited service hours when I made the appointment, I could have booked with a shop that would have gotten the job doneNow, the soonest I can start calling anywhere else is hours away because it's Saturday
