Had called [redacted]'s about 2001 Kia Heater core replacement. Decided to try and by pass Heater core instead. He said yes he could and he would look at the problem when the car was brought it to him. when sending wife, which has use of car to him. He Processed to tell her that he told me that he would have to look at it and that I didn't listen to him. And was very rude told wife finally she have to leave it shop hours where until 1:30 pm. Well he never told me that he was closed just to have the wife drive it over. I did exactly what he wanted me to do . and now have one [redacted] off wife(That works in healthcare) because of it....SO thanks to [redacted] and his services. I must now try and find another shop to by pass a heater core which leaks into our interior. to do the Whole job is out of our budget right now and will cost around $600.00. Lesson here is [redacted] doesn't do as he says over the phone when there in person ......Which may reflect on his final fix of any vehicle he touches.
