I am rejecting this response because: The signs were not labeled nor was there a sign saying more packs are a better deal than 1, other then carton prices which is just common sense and basic mathI spoke with the "owner" and he was not helpful or friendly, I'd rather drive 10-mins for a better deal, service and way more friendly people than blocks down the streetThis isn't the first time I have been unhappy and/or dissatisfied with professionalism and service at this marketIt has gotten worst and worst over a course of months and now I no longer shop there as of months ago

This isn't the first time I have been unhappy and/or dissatisfied with professionalism and service at this market.
