I purchased three T shirts on 3/09/and I have not received an email confirmation or my orderI have not received my shirts in the mail I purchased three T shirts for and the bank shows they took my moneyI have not received my t shirts,or an email confirmation that they were shippedI have called and left three messages on the voice mail and I have sent three or four emails asking for confirmation of shipping on my orderMy order number is XXXXXI am sure I wont get my shirts or my money back, this must be a bogus companyEvery time I call their number you get a voice mail message stating they check their machine all through out the day and someone will call you back, and their site states if you leave an email they will get back in touch with you within hours and they do neither of these things
I ordered shirts and only received I have emailed the company times asking for an update and received no response Order # ***, order date 11/9/ I ordered shirts from this company on 11/ I received my order, save shirts, on 11/ I immediately emailed asking for an update to those two shirts, as they were included on my packing slip I received no response, so followed up via contact us on their website the following day When I received no response to that, I followed up via their Contact Us option again on 11/ I have still not received a response from the company nor have I received the items I would like the items to be mailed to me, as I paid for them The [redacted] of the two items missing are PS_***W_AT_HOME-MRT-5XL-MILT and PS_***_MAN_GLITTER-MRT-5XL-BRN
They've received my return package but refuse to acknowledge receipt and refuse to answer my emails to them and haven't issued refund
I placed an order for hoodies on March 26, I received them April 1, On April 3, I shipped them back via the post office(human worker at counter took my postage payment of $and took my box to ship it for me) for a REFUND, as the shirts themselves fit, but the neck holes were way too tight and choked me Their website states that they will refund the cost of the shirts but not refund postage They say they take $per shirt off of refund for re-stocking fee I paid $per shirt, four shirts I paid $shipping They don't refund shipping so I am not expecting that $per shirt minus $restocking fee brings the refund down to $per shirt that they owe me a refund for Total refund I should be given then is $ The return package was delivered to them last Wednesday, April 5th(tracking proves it)

The order I placed for XXL shirts arrived from the post office stuffed in one flat rate boxThe box was damaged and one of the shirts had a small rip in the seam, where the box was ripped openI emailed the company via their website on two occasions, December 16, and January 20, I have yet to receive a replyThe shirts are advertised to be preshrunk, high quality, thick shirts, however, the shirts are thin, shrunk after the first wash in cold water, and hung up to dryI'm very disappointed with the customer service that this company has displayed, and the quality of the products sold

I ordered some t-shirts from this company as Christmas gifts on Dec 11thOn Dec 14th they said the order had been shipped, but the supplied tracking number did not work, and once I was able to track the package, *** says they haven't received it yetSince then I have tried to call times to no answer or to get a call backThey have however managed to email me an ad for their website on Dec 18th saying that there was still time to get deliveries before ChristmasI then emailed them asking about my orders delivery time, and got no response
