Hi I am re contacting you to let you know the pricing issue may have been fixed at face but they still have not given me a prescription. I went in and they somewhat fixed my prescription but won't give me my numbers so I am unable to do business with who I choose. Instead they want me to go back to them. I am hesitant because I don't want them to charge me for a checkup now. I don't want to do business with them at all. I didn't realize I had been contacted about this situation from Revdex.com. The case has been by no means solved. I went and paid for a prescription a month ago and don't have anything in return other than a pair of trail contacts. I am going to contact them tomorrow. As far as the pricing thing goes. This company is highly misleading with every advertisement I have seen. They fail to provide fine print and make their offers look like they have no string attached. Last time I got contacts I got my prescription correct and same day and never had problems, I don't understand why this is happening and honestly I should have gone to Walmart like I always have. In regards to [redacted]'s Revdex.com complaint, we believe that the customer has been offered everything in...

a correct and honest way. Out $69.95 offer clearly states that it is our starting price and includes Single Vision basic plastic lenses, full rimmed frames from our $59.95 price selection and a free eyeglass exam only. It does not include any additional features such as tint, anti-reflective coating, thinner lenses, bifocals, warranty, etc. Our contact lens exam is separate and has been explained to the customer. He also receives contact lens trials with the exam and took those. When he stated that he does not see well with that trial pair we did offer him to come back and see the doctor again, which is a standard procedure. That is the reason we give our customers trial lenses in order to find out if they like the brand and if the prescription will work out fine. If it does not we will work with him until it does. He personally stated in his complaint that we did call and ask him to come back to be re-examined. He does not want to work with any dates or times we have available. The pricing was explained the day of the exam as well as after when he complained about it. The store manager can sit down with him and explain every single price in order to clarify the details of the deal. We do not refund eye exams, however we can offer him a 25% discount off a future purchase. The discount will not be combined with promotional offers. Sincerely, Ana Customer Care
