We had a very negative experience at the local American Storage branch on *** in Colorado SpringsWe tried to deal with the local employees and management without success Within ten days after closing our storage account, we received a call from MrS*** in Denver apologizing, and offering to correct the excess charges we had been charged He handled the situation very well It is unfortunate to have employees that do not take the time to check with supervisors to see how a situation can be taken care of effectively We truly appreciate the professional way Mr S*** handled the situation
