First of all I want to say we haven't experienced rain like we have had for yearsThat slows productionSo we are behind, and there are many exteroir home rem***ing companies who are going out of business because of this weatherWe are not and are going strong in face of this
adversity. We took Ms***'s deposit and tried to negoticate more funds with her insurance company after she was approved, because they didn't give her a good settlementWe told her that would take sometime and resources, and in the fall I told her we would have to put her on the winter waiting listI explained this to her and she was extremely rude to me and many employees and told us we weren't running our business correctlyThis was all after we got her approved and she indicated she didn't want to pay her deductable of $***We saw her complaint on the Revdex.com after the winter was up, which she never called the company once to ask any questions, she just went ahead and filed a Revdex.com complaintSo, the next week we showed up at her property with all the material there and worked on the job for an hour and then she told my workers that she was calling the police if they don't leaveThe cost of the materials, all the administrative time, and two inspections on the property have cost us over $***We will be invoicing her with these costsWe regret that she wouldn't let us finish her job, and have explained all of the costs to her and her fatherWe do incredible work and was going to install a lifetime warranty roof for $***Retail cost of the new roof would have been $***. We wish Ms*** all the best and we regret her making the choices that she has in handling this matterBoth her and apcs would have been much happier had she just gave us a call after the winter broke and we would have explained everything to her, and shortly got her done

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
I waited eight months  before making any complaint to the Revdex.com, this is after trying to talk in December after many unreturned calls in November and just trying to get a simple date for my roof work to begin and I couldn't even get that from the beginning, I couldn't even get anyone barely on the phone unless it was a text message, not sure of many reputable businesses running like that. The businesses respect onse to my response to the complaint is both incorrect and at best a flurry of excuses.   This issue is now going on over a year ago, he  references the rain we're experiencing this year; but I'm referencing last year and it didn't rain that much that a roof couldn't be put on. He was paid from the insurance company the full amount of the job $[redacted] (which is what  he says in his response, that the materials, administrative time, etc. all costs) however I continued to wait up until December after having one call from him in November which got nowhere with a failed date and then December is when I had a conversation with him, via text because he would not call me, as the business owner,  and stated that he was not available and kept putting off my calls for weeks at a time.  During our text conversation is when he was rude with me, as a business owner, to a customer and told me that I would wait until spring to get my roof. I then waited until May and I received zero calls, zero follow up about it and then that's when I made a complaint to the Revdex.com.  A week later I had, all of a sudden about 10 foreign workers on top of my house with no call, no knock on my door, no heads up that there was gonna be work on my property at all. They just showed up, jumped on my roof and started covering over my existing shingles, they were not tearing off the shingles, which is what the work the insurance company had contracted the $[redacted] to be included for. The shingles were also not the correct color I had picked out with the company rep.  I yelled up to the workers, asked  them who they were sent from - which company and verified that they were there with  APCS. I told them to come down off of the roof, I had no idea of the work, I was not given any kind of notice and they came down they called their manager regarding it. I soon received the 2nd call from the business owner which I had ever received from him, in which I was able to talk to him for more than 3 minutes.  He he did not even know what I sounded like on the phone and wanted to know why I would stop work on the house, in which I told him I had no notice that the work was going to be done and I couldn't believe that he would do business like that, after I had not heard from him in months, I continued to explain the other items that were incorrect (shingle type  and color, no tear-off) in which he proceeded to get very rude with me and finally I told him I had no more words for him; I was going to settle this in other ways and hung up. I then looked at the  foreign roofing workers who were still on my property they started packing up and left the whole pallet of shingles in the middle of my driveway and I could not get them to move them because they were told by their manager, which is the business owner to leave as quickly as possible.  I know this because the one worker that I was trying to get to move the shingles kept telling me "no my manager told me I had to leave, I have to leave". I had to deal with the shingles myself and move them out of the middle of my driveway.  My  father called him about two weeks later and tried to have a civil conversation to ask him to just do the job and finish it the way that the insurance contract had drawn it up which would be a tear-off and replace with the existing shingles, which were still in my driveway and just to do it correctly and he continued to be rude with my father. There never was any additional money coming from the insurance company, $[redacted] was what they were going to pay this company and that's the check that was handed over to the company for the roof, that's what they received for all materials and for the new roof and any labor etc. I waited eight months  before making any complaint to the Revdex.com, this is after trying to talk in December after many calls in November and even October, just trying to get a simple date for my roof work to begin and I couldn't even get that from the beginning, I couldn't even get anyone barely on the phone unless it was a text message, like I said not sure of many reputable businesses running like that.
