My name is [redacted] and I manage American muffler repair shop. I worked on 94 Honda accord, she informed me she needed her head gasket replaced, on 2/26/2015 the car was dropped off to get the work done. We replaced head gasket, timing belt, check head, valve job, brake line repair...

,thermostat, oil and oil filter, antifreeze, bled the brakes, adjusted rocker arms and timed it. I drove the car for about 90minutes had no issues no over heating had notify her that her car was done on 3/7/2015 she had told me she will pick it up on Monday 3/9/2015 I had informed her she will need a oil change in 50 miles her engine had gunk in it she had paid me in full $1100.00 she pick the car up around 9.30 notified me 2pm that the car was over heating I told her not to drive I ask if she can bring it in she told me no. ask her where the car was she gave me the info  have all this through text I was will to pay for the tow to see if it was something we did so we can fix it she didn't give us that chance. Her and her aunt came back to the shop on 3/11/2015 inform me it was a heater hose and they had fix it.
