reservation did not have enough time to generate to our System. The guest arrived shortly after making the reservation. However our front desk agent could not find her reservation. We then contacted [redacted] and it took 30 minutes for [redacted] to locate the reservation. We apologize for the unfortunate circumstances that Ms. [redacted] went through for the night, but she has been reimbursed by [redacted] for all charges associated with The American inn of Bethesda.We see no reason, under the circumstances, to issue any additional credits to Ms. [redacted].Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.Thank you very much.Darryl CGeneral Manager
I have 5 properties with Habitec. I have nothing but praise for their staff and service. Also, All of my transactions have been [redacted] as our representative and he has been great to work with. I just had cameras installed and the installers were the best I tell everyone to use Habitec..
