Review: We had a new roof put on last year by Amaral roofing. We recently discovered it to be leaking in one area somewhere around the heating unit on top of roof. we have left several messages with only one call back leaving us a message that they would come out after Thanksgiving Holiday. We left another message after holiday and have not heard from them since. The roof has a 10 year warranty.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the leak repaired as stated in the contract.

Amaral roofing has responded to customer and looked at leak around a/c unit that was suppose to be removed from pitched roof, a/c unit has been worked on since roof installation and could be cause of leak.
