Beware when ordering this product of the scam they pull as they do not clearly list prior to ordering that when you cancel you are still charged for the trial order you received and nothing is mentioned that the products have separate cancellation conditions Nothing is FREE!!! I ordered this product with the DuaDerma and thought when I cancelled one product I was cancelling both Unfortunately that was not the case and I was charged over $Canadian for the tiny test jar of Alvena I found that the products whether used together or on their own really made no difference
So you apparently order this miracle skin cream RISK FREE and if you like it they charge 144$ for the cream what they do NOT tell you is if you cancel the subscription they will charge you $for the Duaderma and then $for the Alvena creams they sent to youNOW THAT IS A SCAM....where was the 100% RIsk Free?? I was shocked I had to phone both places to cancel my subscription that I subscribed at ONE yes ...placeSCAM all over !!! Dr Oz best NOT be putting his name on that product
Today they called and left me a message basically saying well it is two different companies so of course you have to cancel both places and be charged at each placeREALLY? I only went to ONE website to get the free or SO CALLED free trialMy flags went off when I saw they charged my credit card four different charges for so called shippingThey sent them in the SAME dang boxWhat do they think they are doing?? I am having my credit card company cancel the chargesI guess that 144$ would of been 288$ for both cream ...HOLY DINA!! BEWARE!!

I thought I was signing up as a Product TesterI believed I was to use their product and review it for themBut I got charged $CADThey claim it was only a 14-day free trialI did not know thisThere was no information came with the skin cream - either how to use, or what to do during the 14-day trialI have asked for a refund, but they will not consider it
