Allure Nail Spa

Yesterday, I had the WORST experience... just now doing my review because I needed a moment to process it. I have a 3 month old and I finally arranged an outing to pamper myself, so having a relaxing experience was important to me! 1st time guest, I came in dressed down at open,10 am. I chose the deluxe pedicure package and a full set. Michael did my pedicure. He was kind...we struggled a bit communicating but he did all he could to give me a relaxing experience. I was pleased up till then!.. I was passed to the manager for my full set. He had better things to do,(walk around on his phone) so he started the job and then passed me onto a young lady with a major attitude. She commenced to ruining my day! The application was like Edward Scissorhands took over. Maybe she was *** off that she had to squeeze me in before an appt... Not really sure what the deal was but she made no eye contact and basically treated me like trash when I told her I wasn't getting gel. (I typically always get gel, but my postpartum nails are still growing so rapidly its not worth the extra 15 dollars if I'm going to have to come back before 2 weeks for a fill in.) In her EXTREME rush I got kicked under the table and she completely ruined my polish on the right foot. She lacked sincereness in an apology and just said she would fix it later and proceeded to aggressively finish my set. I got kicked in the feet 2 MORE TIMES after that!! I kid you not, at which point I asked her what the deal was and why she is in such a hurry? She finally looks at me and says she's not. That's all! Not once did she brush the dust from my hands, oil my cuticles..NOTHING. Then she goes to fix the pedi and doesn't go to apply a bottom coat first. I snatched my foot back and now ask for Michael instead. The manager is watching this and comes over "to help". He did the top coat after Michael applied polish. This chick had to redo polish on 3 of my nails (in the midst of all the confusion I accidentally touched myself, 2 nails affected) and then she hit the other hand and messed up another nail she then sloppily fixed and disappeared to her next client! When I went to pay I attempted to open up dialogue with the manager concerning my experience and he just flat out ignored me! Acted like he couldn't hear a word I was saying or like all of a sudden he doesn't speak good English. Honestly, the second half of my experience felt like discrimination. That is how bad it was! Totally unprofessional. Did I look poor to them, is it because I'm brown, is it because I didn't get gel'!!? I sure payed my 72 dollars for that crappy experience and will NEVER spend another dollar at that establishment! I don't recommend you give them your business as there are other reviews that I've now read that state that the manager himself only caters to the young and glamorous. Well ***! I'm not that young or skinny but Im beautiful and my money sure is green.
