The hotel failed to provide any towels in our room and did not inform us that they did not have any to distribute to us upon check in.After a long day of traveling, my family and I checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on Friday, July 17, 2015, room 211. Upon entering our room, I settled our kids into bed and proceeded to the bathroom to take a shower. I was surprised to find that there weren't any towels provided. So, I proceeded to the front desk to get some towels. After I asked the clerk for some towels, he informed me that the hotel was very busy and that they did not have anymore to distribute. I asked how long it would be before they would have any (thinking that they were in the process of being washed) and was told that housekeeping did not come in until 8 am Saturday morning. I was upset about this because we were checking out before the towels would be ready. So, at 7 am on 7/18/15, I went to the front desk to speak with the manager regarding my dissatisfaction. I was told that the manager wasn't in yet and that I could leave my number for them to call me, which I did. By 11:30 on 7/18, I hadn't received a call, so I called the hotel. I was told that the manager still wasn't in yet and that they would call me. I attempted to resolve this issue by calling again on 7/20/15 at 11:12 am and 7/21/15 at 2:44 pm. I had to explain my situation to the front desk clerk again and was asked to leave my number for the manager. On the morning of 7/22/15, I sent the hotel an e-mail requesting that a manager call me and I have yet to receive a response.I believe that the hotel knew that my room didn't have any towels when we checked in and did not inform me of the situation nor offer us another room. Had I known that there weren't any towels, we would have gone somewhere else. We did not use the pool, fitness center or continental breakfast, the least they could have done was provide us with towels! Desired SettlementI paid $90.65 for a room that my family and I could not even take a shower in. At this point, I feel the hotel failed in all aspects and I would like a refund of my hotel stay refunded to my credit card.Business Response I tried to contact Ms. [redacted]. To my knowledge she has also spoke to another manager. I have emailed her back about the refund and the procedure. I am just waiting on [redacted] to contact us.

On April 3rd, 2015, my family and I stayed at the ALL SUITES HOTEL, 541 Carriage Drive 38305, Jackson Tennessee. My room was number [redacted] My granddaughter,was bitten in several places by bed bugs as she slept the night of the 3rd at the hotel. The bugs were visible the next morning on the 4th. Bites were very severe, causing swelling and itching. I took my Granddaughter to emergency at [redacted] HOSPITAL, [redacted] XXXXX, in Jackson Tennessee, on Sunday the 5th, because the swelling from the bed bugs were not going down. I would like for the ALL SUITES HOTEL to be responsible for the medical bill/s that I incurred for my granddaughter's treatment.Desired Settlement That medical bills from [redacted] HOSPITAL be forwarded to ALL SUITES HOTEL.

Substandard cleanliness and health standardsWhen I visited the hotel on April 3, 2013, my family and I experienced bed bugs and mold. When asked for a refund after finding the bed bugs and mold, the manager became rude and aggressive.Desired SettlementI am not requesting a settlement, unless the refund does not show on my credit card statement within 10 business day, per the manager.Business Response The group was refunded upon request. The Health department came to check and found nothing wrong.

The hotel has bed bugs and mold. The manager on duty on April 3, 2015 argued and initially refused to refund the previous night's bill.A total of 12 (5 children) family members, including myself, reserved 5 rooms for the evening of April 3, 2015. Upon arrival, the pool was closed. The pool was one of the selling points because of the children. We asked but were not given a clear answer as to why the pool was closed. I arrived to my room with one other adult (my mother) and one child (my daughter). We noticed that the accommodations did not meet our usual standards. One of the bath towels had a hole in it, there was a stain on the roll of toilet paper in the bathroom (!), the tub was damaged. Assuming that we would not be able to find another hotel during Easter weekend, we agreed to make the best of the situation.The same evening, I visited [redacted] at [redacted] due to skin irritation. Exhausted from the 10 hour drive into Jackson, I returned to the hotel from [redacted] and slept. The next morning, my brother and his family informed the rest of the family that they were going to check out due to mold on the wall of their room (cell phone photo available). Less than an hour later, I received a call from a different family member who said they found a bed bug in their room (cell phone photo available). The child who slept in that room had been bitten and was later taken to a different [redacted] facility. This alone was reason enough for all 12 family members to check out of the 5 rooms. [redacted] the manager on duty refunded the money for 3 of the rooms (my brother's family reserved 1 room for the 2 adults and another for the 3 kids. When my mother (we shared the 4th room along with my adolescent daughter) told me that [redacted] the manager refused to refund her money because she 'did not complain last night', I went to the front desk to request a refund. Certain that the room where the bed bug was found was not the only room infested, I requested a refund. [redacted] was immediately combative and refused initially. When I explained that it would cost me well over the cost of the room to rectify the problem if I transported the bed bugs to another hotel and home, he reluctantly refunded the cost of the stay to my mother's credit card. We are awaiting the transaction to post to her card. The room reserved by the 5th family member was also refunded (waiting for the transaction to post).Desired SettlementFor me, my mother and my daughter, I would like to recoup the cost of any associated medical expenses (I still have a rash and have scheduled an appointment with a local physician) and any expenses my mother and/or I may incur if our separate homes are infested because of the event with All Suites Hotel in Jackson, TN.Business Response We refunded the whole group for their stay here. The health department came out to the hotel and checked to see if the cases was correct. She did not find any bed bugs nor mold. The incidents with the towels and the tub was never brought up to anyone at the front desk nor to myself.
