*** *** I did talk to you and gave you email to send me complaint. I am waiting for *** to give me the figures for work that has been already completedHe already completed the siding work*** and *** went to the store to pick out the shingles he wanted
for the roof. Mr*** wanted shingles were not in stock and it would take time for them to come in. Also *** also helped him get a large amount of money for his roof that the insurance company would give him. Then it has been raining for almost 1/weeks and we were not able to do any work on several jobs that we had open. Then as usual when we help people to get more money after we speak to adjuster they decide they want to be greedy and then we loose job because they want to get the job done cheaper with another company or they want to do it themselves or not do it at all. Then when the next storm comes they cant get money from claim. Mr*** said that he wanted the money back because he could do it cheaper and for us to keep $1,for our troubles and he wanted money now. *** then told him let me give you $2,now then I can figure out how much you do owe us because you decided to cancel the contract their is a 20% cancellation charged to homeowner plus the work that has been completed. Mr*** said no he wanted all the money back right now and would not take the money. *** happen to have $2,in hand at the time he said he wanted all of it now. Then the next day Mr*** came to my house because I live close by demanding that I work for him and needed to give money now. I explained I do not have access or permission to give him the money. At that time I did not even know anything about it. Mr*** then said that because *** is my father that I need pay the money out of my personal money or we would regret what he does to cause us trouble. I told him sir let me talk to *** find out what was going on. Then Sunday the son comes to my house to tell me to give them the money or he was going to Revdex.com. I told him that I was sorry but I don't have the figures yet from ***. I told him to do whatever he wants and to stop harassing me I dont have your money. I told him I would tell *** to go speak to your father*** was out doing the jobs with one crew and himself so he gets off late and covering temporary roofs. On our contract it states "All agreements contingent upon weather,accidents, or delays beyond our control". As soon as I get figures from *** then I can get *** to write a check to Mr***

Also, the original receipt shows a request of $7000 deposit, but [redacted] also asked for another $2000 after supposedly to cover more material expenses. It’s sad that the business can't manage their own assets to use their own capital to purchase materials. I did speak to [redacted]s Daughter and politely asked her what she could do to return my money because it’s been over two months, which is absurd. I would have not spoken with her if she were not associated to the business. Records indicate that both [redacted] and [redacted] have ownership to the business as sole proprietorship. I am willing to pay for the $1000 for the siding and that’s it. The remaining amount of $8000 is what the business owes me.
