To whom it may concern,We picked up the customer T.Vcause she said it was shutting off We brought it into the shop + change out the board again cause she said it was shutting off Returned he T.Vback + she never called us back again about this problem Yes I did say to her that I would return to her $for the scratch on her stand So I will return that I will deferetly not return he back This disputed amount without judge in courts dission! She never called us back saying that there was still a problem with the T.Vor I would have done my best to satisfy her if there was still a issue We have a year parts + labor warrenty with our work no mater how many times the T.Vbrakes down with the same problem.John S

I have reviewed the response from the company. The reason I did not call after the TV starting shutting off again (after the second time it was repaired) was because the technician told me they can not come out and pick the TV up again unless it was in complete shutdown. The TV was still having the exact same issues (turning off) however, was not in shutdown, so an additional call was not made to the company, because I was informed it wouldn't be picked up. The contract does have a one year warranty stated (that's why I called after it stopped working after the first repair), however I was told they would not come out to pick it up for a third time. Another TV repair company was able to repair the unit, in my home, in under 30 minutes, and it has not had any issues since then. Regards, [redacted]
