Review: I got a brand new central air unit installed last year by the company in july. This may I went to turn it on and it does't work. I tried calling and emailing the company for a week straight and the they will not answer.Desired Settlement: I just want them to come look at my AC and tell me why it's not working. It hasn't even been a year, I feel that's unacceptable. And then that so not answer that so the phone to the point where customers can't get a hold of them
