Allan Electric Inc. of Western New York

I had all the electrical outlets in my kitchen rewired/updated, one grounded, and one new outlet installed this year. $500 for all this. A couple of weeks after the work by Allan Electric, one outlet that had been rewired was not usable. It was dead unless I propped up the plug so that it hit the outlet just right. I arranged with the office to have the electrician come back to fix it, we settled on a date, I took vacation for it, but the electrician never showed up. I told the office that he never showed up, no solution was offered. Terrible customer service and I cannot recommend.
