Took my vehicle to all speed transmission in 2018 individual rebuilt transmission I bought the module control separately he put installed everything got the vehicle program after that I paid him and drove off same day I drove off the transmission burned out took it to him he rebuild it and purchase the parts again control module after that less than a year the vehicles acting up less than 4,000 Mi 4000 miles Vehicles acting up I took it in and he told me don't worry about it I'll check it then he said yes is the transmission now he's taking that he's not the charge me again even though that I had it by the other parts again so I'm out of pocket and I don't think he left the vehicle the way the transmission should have been revealed so I have to take it to another shop to make sure because I don't have the same issue where the car breaks down on the freeway and this is my second time already happened to me so I don't want to cause an accident or anything like that so I might have some other independent shop look into it. When I took in my vehicle for the third time he advised me that he was don't worry about it he'll take care of it so when a person tells you don't worry about it taking care of it and means you're not to pay out of pocket now he's charging me an additional feed and I advise him that I was not going to pay him. Cuz I believe the first the second time he rebuild a transmission he didn't do it right because there's no way for the transmission to break down like that less than 4000 miles I didn't take it early due to covid 19 and I had family issues would have had a preemie so I have been in the hospital we have a baby in the hospital for a few months therefore I never took the vehicle to the shop did the analysis I haven't drove in the vehicle maybe 2-3 miles around the where I leave the area I live.

All Speed Transmissions Response • Aug 21, 2020

All Speed Transmission's Response I have read and gone over the complaint:

When the customer first came to me, I just provided the labor and a transmission rebuild kit. He paid me then only $1,700. The customer took his car by tow truck from my shop to be programmed at the dealers so I was not able to test drive. He told me he drove the car from the dealer and it was when the car burned out the same day. He brought it back to me and I told him the control module they sold him was defective. He later told me he went to the dealer and they declined his right of providing him new parts in replace of the bad ones. From what I am aware of he went to another dealer and bought the parts from there, he later told me he sued the first dealer because of the burned-out parts they sold him. I then did the labor for him again(and charge nothing because it was still under my warranty), after he purchased it for the second time at a different dealer, and didn’t hear from him again until August 3, 2020, 8 months after the warranty was over. When he finally reached out to me for the 3rd time, I told him,” Don't worry about it I’ll take care of it,” I was providing good customer service. He once again provided me with the parts, and I did the labor work. Which he is refusing to pay me. The customer was well aware that the warranty expired after a year or after 12,000 miles whichever came first, and the warranty expired 12/16/19 which was before the COVID 19. I did my job. Did it 3 times because of the parts they sold him were bad and he knew. Both dealers told him the control module were burned out. That’s why he is suing the first place and the second one gave him warranty for the control module. I called him about the payment and he said he wasn’t going to pay me because the car was exactly the same. I told him to bring back the car to check if it was true and he said no and to sue him if I want to. I told him I wasn’t going to sue and that he can keep his money. I worked 3 days on his car basically for free, because he refused to pay me $950 for labor. When I have purchased all the parts and rebuilt the same modeltransmission, I have never had this problem.
