reason since it was a trailer home park and the meters were being messed with and tenants were being stolen from.  There are notes in our records.  He received a 171 on 2/27/15 sent to the address of [redacted].  We called: [redacted] and [redacted].  California City bills every month too.  We called his mom at [redacted] at [redacted] and left her a message as well.  We have him at [redacted] now.  We do not arbitrarily send these suit notices before sending collection notices and we have had this account since 02/2015.  If we had a disputed account we would cancel it when it is resolved.  This is highly disputed so we are going to cancel it since it is one word against another.
