denial of service
where to start...
customer service: does not exist in the traditional sense or any other sense. you will be on hold forever(literally hours) to be greeted by a person who may understand English but has no grip on English pronunciation. after a lot of useless back and forth, requesting to speak to a supervisor will get you another extended wait on hold(approx.+/_20 min.)when you will you will be hung up-on.
save your mental health and give up on customer service.
Access card: this is a real scam. the card is not accepted (in my experience) in any of the businesses they recommend either In store or on line. the only place it worked was the O.T.C. store which has now been discontinued.
save yourself the anguish and exercise and forget about the Access card.
each month you will receive notifications regarding all that Alignment has saved you. wonderful, but keep in mind, they only cover the deductible on the deductible and they seem to be taking credit for all of it.
long and short... look at what they cover on your deductible compared to your cost.
sadly all insurance programs to cover part 'D" probably run the same program

Customer service is non-existent, really don't understand what they are doing
It's impossible to share it all so I can only highlight.
Was issued the 240 quarterly then advised not qualified, then I call was told I did because of chronic. Only to be advised later I don't qualify, just got sick of the inability of Alignment to do what they say.
Then I spoke with a customer service representative that actually used "I'm telling you" go to the head of the class Alignment with people skills.
My latest was I was advised I would be receiving a new access card, received, went to activate couldn't called cs, they tell me we sent you the wrong card will send another you'll receive it in 7-10 days, received new card went to activate it wouldn't or couldn't give me the details of my balance. So I call cs no that card is not what you need then I'm told use the card we sent you 2weeks ago, it is the right card but when I enter the number, nothing.
Then one day while talking to the dental benefits cs, I'm told my account is "suppressed" wow if this is true why would she tell a customer that.
All this has happened this year and all can be verified by phone calls recordings.

Bad services bad company
They DID NOT provide services that I bought and paid for and their customer service gave out wrong and harmful information. It seems the company in a effort to save money uses off shore untrained individuals not able to service customers. When I emailed and called their corporate offices to complain about bad services, I received NO response.
